Prepare the annual training budget

The annual training budget translates HR decisions into explicit cost assumptions. Each programme item identifies participants, groups, duration and known costs, separating internal estimates, supplier quotations and confirmed funding.

Define the unit

A price can apply per person, per group, per day or to an entire session. Multiply by duration only for a daily rate. Show currency and whether taxes are included.

Separate cost items

Identify delivery fees, travel, accommodation, venue, equipment and taxes as appropriate. State inclusions and exclusions clearly and do not combine currencies without an explicit basis.

Handle groups explicitly

The planned Plan2Formation estimation model uses a per-person rate for 1–4 participants and a group rate for 5 or more. This is a product rule, not an official reimbursement rule. Pricing after splitting a group must be defined before calculation.

Compare equivalent scopes

A partial or shorter offer is not directly equivalent to a complete offer. Keep quote versions, validity and assumptions. Expected support is not a confirmed reimbursement.
